Great customer service. .front desk was very hospitable . I stay in hotels at least 3 days a week and this is the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel ..... and I'm a minority... Good job blue moon
4.5 out of 5. Nice new hotel, clean, rooms are great. Staff are friendly. Nice touch with free baked cookies and muffins in the lobby. I like the free bottled water for guests in the fridge. Half a star missing as the breakfast is not good. The Saturday I was there I tried the sausages eggs and hash browns. I couldn't eat any of it. It's unfortunate as everything else at the prairie moon is great.
